reduce
the
chance
of
water
intrusion.
Water
causes
damage
and
mold.

periodically,
especially
after
a
strong
storm
for
roof
damage
and
missing
shingles.
Repair
any
damage
immediately
to
reduce
the
chance
for
water
intrusion.
