My luck is usually not very good. Normally, when I pick someone out of the blue off the internet, I crash and burn. When
I saw your picture on your site, my gut said that was a man that can be trusted …and for once, I was right. Your business
is so well organized it should be used as a model for others – andl speak from experience. As a SunTrust credit card rep,
alii do is deal with businesses every day. Your work ethic is exemplary, your communications skills are to be envied, and
your professionalism inspirational. My friends and colleagues willi tell you how hard it is to impress me – call me
arrogant, jaded, whatever. I just tell them I give a level of customer service to my clients that I expect in return and so
rarely get. I’m old enough to remember when customer service was a standard, not a luxury. I do my job to the best of
my ability because I just don’t know any other way. I care about my clients because that’s who I am. Trust me, in my line
of work, that’s not always easy. Those same qualities stand out in you and your company. You and your company have
impressed me like few I have seen 7 years on this job …and few in the 35 years of owning my own gift business. If I have
seen one business, I have seen thousands. I have done over 200 national trade shows from Boston to LA and from
Chicago to Miami in my years and have seen ‘em all.
As we use to say in college back in the early 70′s – dude, you got spirit, spunk and your cool’s a slam dunk.
I hope you are very, very proud of what you do and how you do it.
